Foteini Venieri

Foteini Venieri has graduated from the Department of Theatre Studies (University of Athens) in 2004. She acquired her master degree on Cultural Management (Panteion University) as a scholar of State Scholarship Foundation of Greece. Her thesis focuses on museum theatre as an interpretive mean.  She has worked as a cultural journalist in Thessalia Newspaper and has cooperated with the Athenian News Agency for the creation of an online encyclopedia for Greek theatre. She has also worked as assistant to director for films and commercials. At the moment she practices creative dramatics for primary schools in Athens. She is a regular member of the International Museum Theatre Alliance and the Hellenic Theatre Studies association. Her doctorate research is on the theme: Theatre in Museums as an interpretative mean.
